all she needs is to become powerful

but when she asserts authority

she is looked down upon the society

they tell her, she is in denial

and this is a form of betrayal

as she shouldn’t go that far

for society has defined who we are

they tell her, she is allowed to choose

as long as she doesn’t have tattoos,

silent as being abused

and stay at home as she should

they tell her, she should get used to rejection

give in to repression

and eventually bury her dreams without objection

now, she wishes she could be like him

as they always speak highly of him

appear to never be in grim

after all, this is only her whim
